We deliver by courier, so please use a street address — PO Boxes, locked bags, and parcel lockers cannot be accepted. Your medical history and consent discussion are completed separately with TBMH after purchase. TBMH completes clinical onboarding, consent, and follow-up contact after your payment is confirmed.

Ordering more than one kit You can order up to 4 kits in one checkout. Each kit is for one person, and TBMH will contact you to complete onboarding and consent for each person. All kits ship together to one address with a single shipping charge, and Stripe shows your final total before you pay. Promotion codes can only be used on single-kit orders.
